The Gun and the Sword 1 of 4

I can't remember how this story came about. I must've been on the bus or on the train, daydreaming about what went wrong with the animated TF movie.

Gee, when have we heard that before?

No humor in this one. It's my version of Crime Noir TFs! lol

Skids was never one of my favorites. Not even close. But as I scanned the functions of all the Autobots in existence, his function "theoretician" seemed to fit the mold.

Rewind is an "archivist", so that fits as well.

And you bet, Skyfall character exists in TF lore, albeit as minor minor character. And his function? "Weapons engineer". Hehe. Perfect.

The 'sword' being Megatron's is actually based on the TFTM storyboards. It explicitly states that he detaches it from his leg.
